Cross-Border
Expertise
We work every day with the Brazilian regulatory system and how it connects to what companies already do abroad. This helps foreign teams enter Brazil with fewer surprises and more confidence.

Compliance & Regulatory Clarity
We translate Brazil’s legal requirements into simple, practical routines, so companies know what really matters and how to stay compliant without getting lost in unnecessary steps.

Strategic & Efficient Processes
We break down Brazil’s demands into clear steps and predictable workflows, making decisions faster and daily operations much easier for teams entering the country.

Long-Term
Corporate Partnership
We stay close to the company as it grows, helping management make decisions aligned with Brazilian rules and reducing the uncertainty that usually affects new operations here.

About
Felipe Dias
Brazilian Attorney & International Legal Consultant — Market Entry, Compliance & Corporate Strategy
I’m Felipe Dias, a European citizen born in Brazil, and I work with international companies that need a clearer and more realistic view of how things actually work here — not the theory, but the day-to-day rules, the practical limits, and the decisions that truly matter.
Most teams coming from abroad arrive with solid internal standards but struggle to connect them with the way the Brazilian regulatory environment behaves in real situations. My role is to reduce this gap and help companies understand what really applies to their case.
I’ve worked for years within the Brazilian system and also completed a Master’s in International Law and Business from a European university, which helps me bridge expectations between global markets and how processes move here in practice.
I focus on giving teams structured information, realistic timelines, and a practical path forward without surprises.
My approach is straightforward: reduce uncertainty, prevent avoidable problems, and support decision-makers so they can operate in Brazil with greater stability, clarity, and fewer blind spots.

Guilherme Figueiredo
Legal Consultant & Corporate Advisor
I’m Guilherme Figueiredo, a legal consultant who works on the operational and regulatory side of business processes in Brazil, helping companies understand the practical requirements behind real-estate procedures, compliance documentation and environmental licensing.
I’m not an attorney and do not perform activities that belong exclusively to lawyers.
My work focuses on the technical, analytical and procedural aspects that support corporate operations — the part that often gets overlooked, but that makes a real difference when a company needs accuracy, organization and stability in Brazil.
Over the years, I’ve built experience by working closely with real-estate structures, condominium procedures, environmental and urbanistic regulations, auditing, compliance and technical reporting. I hold an LL.M. in Business Law and several postgraduate degrees in real estate law, environmental law and auditing.
My goal is simple: help companies reduce operational friction, bring clarity to complex processes and ensure that every document, requirement and technical step is handled correctly — so leaders can move forward with confidence and fewer unexpected hurdles.
About the Firm
Dias & Wilwert is a Brazilian firm focused on helping foreign companies understand the practical side of operating in Brazil.
Most international teams bring solid internal systems and good processes, but Brazil has its own pace, its own rules and its own way of doing things. Our job is to translate all of that into something the company can actually work with — steps, documents, who handles what, and what to expect along the way.
We avoid unnecessary legal drama and focus only on what matters: clear information, organized processes and steady support so the company can enter and operate in Brazil without surprises.
